Welcome! Six Point Farm is a family farm in central Illinois. We maintain a herd of purebred Nubian dairy goats. Our goal is to produce stylish animals that show and and milk well. However, because of other family interests, we showed fewer animals and at fewer shows in 2010, hauling to only three shows. We didn't show at the 2010 Illinois State Fair due to travels. This year, though, we were happy that Six Point animals in another herd were named Grand Champion and Junior Champion of the state fair! We have won the Nubian Best of Breed award at the Illinois State Fair every year since 2002, except those years we didn't attend due to travels (2007 & 2010).

To help us evaluate our animals, we try to attend one-day milk tests yearly and use ADGA's linear appraisal program. Milk records, appraisal scores, and show wins are presented in our performance information. Our herd health routine includes annual CAE testing.
